I recently had to switch dentists after my previous office stopped taking my insurance and honestly, after a few not-so-great experiences there (especially when a crown they placed came repeatedly off). That’s what led me to Piper Glenn Dental Group, and I couldn’t be happier that i did. From my very first visit, Dr. Morgan and her team have been so warm, friendly, and non-judgmental. Everyone made me feel at ease, which was a big deal for me after some stressful dental experiences. It also seems like the office is under new management, and you can really tell Dr. Morgan clearly runs a thoughtful, organized, and caring practice. My first appointment was a consultation where they took X-rays and walked me through a detailed treatment plan. It included replacing the crown that had come off, filling a cavity, an inlay, and a routine cleaning. The front desk made scheduling super easy, and even though I didn’t use their in-house financing, it was nice to know it was an option. My treatment was spread out over a few visits with Dr. Morgan working on one side of my mouth at a time so I could stay comfortable. She was incredibly patient and thorough, checking in often and offering breaks when needed. To my surprise, I didn’t feel anything during the procedures (other than the usual jaw stretch from keeping my mouth open too long). That was huge for me as at my previous dentist, I would often still feel pain or discomfort during drilling, which caused a lot of dental anxiety. Her gentle, reassuring approach has definitely alleviated it. A week after my crown was placed, I went back for a small adjustment (which I learned is pretty common once the numbing wears off). The team got me in quickly and handled it with the same kindness and professionalism as before; no judgment, no rush, just genuine care. At no point did I ever feel dismissed, pressured, or like a burden , again things I unfortunately experienced elsewhere. Instead, I felt heard, respected, and cared for every step of the way. Overall, it’s just been such a relief to find a dental office that runs efficiently and treats you like a real person. Dr. Morgan and her team , including Ashley in the front office to Diane and other members of the clinical staff, they are compassionate, professional, and clearly care about the quality of their work. I’m truly grateful to have found them and look forward to continuing my care here long-term.

Best cleaning I have ever had and I am 56 years old!

Based on prior reviews, there’s clearly been a change in the leadership at this office lately. Kind of a weird thing to say but this was the most enjoyable dental cleaning I’ve probably ever had. Don’t normally think about having fun at the dentist but I got my teeth cleaned today at this location and had a phenomenal experience. From Farah, to Dian, to Dr. Megan, everyone was super friendly and polite. The lobby coffee maker was a plus also! Would definitely recommend this office and will be back.
